• Copy of the Entrust Letter.
• Copy of the Company’s Incorporation Deed.
• Copy of the Power of the Legal Representative that signs the Entrust Letter.
• Copy of the Legal Representative’s Official Identification.
• Copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number.
• Current Fiscal Residence or latest modification to the Fiscal Residence (R1 and/or R2)
• Copy of a Proof of Residence, no older than three (3) months (water, electricity or telephone bills)

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal information, as well as opposing its use or revoke the consent you may have granted for that purpose, by sending an e-mail addressed to any of the people responsible of the use, protection and maintenance of your personal information, using the following request:

The written request for the rectification and/or cancellation of your personal data must contain:

1. The name and address of the owner, specifying the medium through which we should communicate our response to your request.
2. Any document(s) that prove(s) the identity and/or legal representation of the owner.
3. Specification regarding the data over which the rectification, cancellation and/or opposition of use will be exercised.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that your personal information may be transferred and used nationally and internationally by parties external to this company. If you do not state your opposition to this transference, it will be understood that you consent to this.
